Mackie Photography Fine Art Prints — Terms of Purchase Payment Methods: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover — your payment will be processed using PayPal's Secure Checkout. Please Note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by Credit Card. However, you can also pay using your PayPal account if you have one. Processing Time: Your print(s) will ship within 5-15 business days of receiving your Order online. Shipping & Handling Charges: Standard Shipping & Handling is FREE within the Contiguous US. We typically ship by Fedex Home Delivery or Fedex Ground. Delivery is within 4 business days, depending on your location. Fedex Ground business days are Monday through Friday, Fedex Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays). If you place an order to be shipped outside the Contiguous US you will be charged for Shipping & Handling prior to your order being shipped. We will contact you with the amount due and require payment prior to shipping. Expedited Shipping: If you need your order quicker than the standard methods, please Contact Us for an estimated shipment date and shipping costs, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Packaging: Prints 11 x 14 and smaller are shipped flat. Prints larger than 11 x 14 are shipped rolled in a cardboard tube. Return Policy: We are proud of the quality of our prints, and believe you will be more than happy with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not satisfied we will replace the print for another of equal value if the following requirements are met.
