Purchasing Photography Prints does not transfer any title of these images to you, or any intellectual property rights therein to you, except with respect of the actual Photography Print purchased.  You may under no circumstances scan, duplicate or distribute copies of the Photography Print either in digital or hardcopy format for any purpose.
   
   
4. In addition, you may under no circumstances download, duplicate or distribute any of the Materials on this Website.
5. The design and layout of this Website, as well as all Materials are protected by the United States and International law and other intellectual property proprietary rights and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.
